- 400g apricots
- 2 eggs
- 300g white cheese
- 300ml skimmed milk
- 140g wheat flour
- 1 Teaspoon liquid vanilla
- 2 Spoonful of sugar soup
- For decoration :
- 1 Tablespoon milk caramel
- 1 Tablespoonful of water

Step 1
Beat the eggs with the sugar and the liquid vanilla. Add the white cheese and the milk and the flour. Mix in the blender (or mix well with a whisk to avoid lumps). -
Step 2
Divide the apricots in the bottom of a mold of silicone of good quality (or a pie plate) then cover with the preparation. -
Step 3
Bake for about 40 minutes at 180 ° C -
Step 4
Let cool and unmold on a serving platter. Mix the caramel with the water and decorate the custard with it.
