The harvest is transported towards the factory
and processed the same day in order to preserve
their freshness and their organoleptic characteristics.
At the beginning of autumn, after elimination of
the natural bitterness of the olives, they are washed,
rinsed and soaked in a brine where they are kept.
This treatment gives them the sought-after color
(green, smooth black or wrinkled) and especially
their refined flavor. Finally, they are packaged,
by calibres,or pitted in various packages.
The apricot is a sweet and delicate fruit. The selected
apricots are picked with great care and transported to
the factory in order to be processed the same day.
